thank you to all who supported our first Annual Flower Sale. You may pick up
your orders Saturday, December 2nd from 8:30am – 10:00am or after Masses that
weekend.ALTAR SERVERS NEEDEDStill in need of a few more…. If your child is

interested should be in at least 3rd grade and have received First
Communion.MEN’S LEAGUEThe monthly meeting of the Men’s League will take place on
Tuesday, December 5th at 6:30pm. All men of the parish are invited to attend.
Dinner and drinks will be provided.WOMEN’S CLUB CHRISTMAS PARTYAll women of the
parish are invited to the Women’s Club Christmas Party which will be held on
Tuesday, December 12th at 6:30 pm. The party will take place at Serafino’s
Restaurant (72 South Turnpike Road, Wallingford). The cost is $25.00 per person
which includes cheese & crackers, salad, penne alla vodka, chicken francese,
baked salmon, potatoes, green beans, soda, coffee and cheesecake. If you would
like to attend, please make out a check to the church and drop it in the
collection basket in an envelope with your name on it. You may also drop it off
or mail it to the rectory. Please call Judy (203)265-7958 if you have any
questions. WOMEN’S CLUB COOKIE SALEThe Women’s Club needs your help in making
our Annual Christmas Cookie Sale a success!The Cookie Sale will take place on
the weekend of December 17/18 after all Masses (until supplies last). Help is
needed baking cookies. If you are able to bake a few batches it would be most
appreciated. Cookies can be dropped off on Thursday, December 15th from 7:00 am
until 8:30 pm. You may leave them on the table in the vestibule. We will be
packing cookies on Friday, December 16th at 2:30pm. Help is also needed. Please
contact Ann Marie Bonvini (203) 269-6176 or Annmarie Wolfer (203) 284-9606 if
you have any questions. SOCIAL ACTION COMMITTEEThe Social Action Committee would
like to thank all who donated food, money, gift cards and/or time to our
Thanksgiving Food Baskets. Due to the generosity of so many, we were able to
provide meals for 60 families. We are truly blest to have such wonderful and
caring parishioners. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!GIVING TREEThe Social
Action Committee, once again, will be participating in the Giving Tree Program.
In the vestibule there are two Christmas trees with gift tags hanging on them.
On each tag is a suggested gift for a family in need. Your support is greatly
appreciated. Wrapped gifts should be retuned with the gift tag attached to them
by Sunday, December 10th. CHRISTMAS MASS SCHEDULEChristmas Eve: 4:00, 5:30 &
Midnight MassesChristmas Day: 10:00am.Our Bell Choir will provide music at the
4:00pm Mass. Our Adult Choir accompanied by an 8 member instrumental ensemble
will provide music for both the Midnight Mass and the 10:00 Mass Christmas Day.
Beginning at 11:40pm on Christmas Eve, the choir will begin singing Traditional
Christmas Carols. All are invited to come early for Mass and join in singing
these beautiful Christmas Carols. EUCHARISTIC ADORATIONOur monthly Eucharistic
Adoration will take place on Saturday, December 16th from 8:30am until 4:30pm.
All are invited to spend some time with our Lord in the Blessed
CONSTRUCTION GOAL of $1.8 million dollars!!!!To be exact we have pledges
totaling $1,832,543.54Cash in hand – $812,748.79Thank you to all who have made
this possible. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!Our total campaign goal is
$2,050,000. Additional pledges are most welcome at any time.
