July Newsletter

July 2nd, 2018 by Church News

Students:Parents of children who were enrolled in our Religious Education
program last year will receive a letter in the mail in a few weeks with a
schedule for the upcoming year. Class Sessions:All classes will be held on
Monday afternoon/evenings either in the church or rectory. Grades 1, 2 & 3
will meet from 4:45 – 5:45, grades 4,5 & 6 will meet from 6:00 – 7:00
and grades 7 & 8 will meet from 7:15 – 8:15. Confirmation classes for 9th
graders will be held once a month on Sunday evenings. Home Study:Although not
encouraged, a Home Study option will be offered once again this year for
children who have a commitment that would interfere with the day/time of the
class session. It is not necessary for a child to be in Home Study all year. If
the conflict is only for a short period of time they may join or re-join the
class once the conflict is over. New Students:Parents of students new to the
program should register your child/children by calling the rectory office at
(203) 265-1694 or by seeing Joe Tatta after Mass. This applies to transfer
students and those entering Grade 1. HELP WANTED – TEACHERS AND SUBSTITUTES
