The Adult Choir is made up of adults, young and not so young, who come together as friends to Praise God through music. The choir provides music for the 10:30 Mass on Sunday mornings during the months of October – May. The choir also sings at other special liturgical celebrations throughout the year such as Confirmation, Christmas and Easter. The Adult Choir rehearses weekly on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00. (October – May)
The CHILDREN’S CHOIR is made up of singers in K-5th grade. The Children’s Choir sings at the 9:00 Mass on Sundays (October – mid May). The children are taught these songs when they are taken downstairs for the Children’s Liturgy of the Word.
The Handbell Choir is made up of adults and young adults. This choir provides music at the 10:30 Mass once a month during the months of October – May. The Bell Choir provides a wonderful opportunity for those who do not like to sing but would like to participate in the church’s Music Ministry Program. No experience is necessary and you do not need to know how to read music. Rehearsals are held 3 times a month on Monday evenings from 7:00 – 8:15. (late September – May)
The Brass Ensemble is made up of parishioners who play brass instruments such as trumpets, trombones, Euphoniums, and French horns. The Brass Ensemble provides music 3 to 4 times a year at special liturgies such as Christmas and Easter. Rehearsals are held a few days before the group will play at Mass.
