Dear Parents of our Faith Formation Students,As you are aware, each year the
Archdiocese of Hartford requires that all church Faith Formation Programs offer
the Child Lures Prevention Program to students. In a typical year, the program
would take place during one session in the month of March. However, due to COVID
and because our program this year is mostly done through home-school learning,
we are asking that you review this material with you child/children at home.
Once you have done so, it is important that you fill out an Acknowledgment Form
for each child and return it either by email or to the church directly. The
Archdiocese audits this information from time to time so we cannot stress the
importance of making sure you return a signed acknowledgment form for each
