Registration for this coming year’s Faith Formation Program is currently taking
place. All returning students should have received a registration form and
schedule in the mail. Please return the form with payment by August 1st.If by
chance you did not receive a form in the mail or your child is new to the
program, you can click here to be directed to our parish website. Once on the
website, click the Faith Formation tab and you can download the forms from

looking for a 7th grade Faith Formation teacher. The schedule would be once a
month (Sept. – April) on a Sunday evening from 6:00 – 7:00. If you are
