Family Christmas Celebration

FAMILY CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION​All are invited to join us for a parish Family
Christmas Celebration on Sunday, December 11th at 7:00pm. We will re-enact the
Christmas story through words and song. We hope you can join us for this
one-hour presentation of the true meaning of Christmas.

meeting begins with dinner. ​​Ladies Guild Christmas Party & Cookie
Sale​CHRISTMAS PARTYThe Ladies Guild will be holding their Annual Christmas
Party on Tuesday, December 13th beginning at 6:30pm in the vestibule of the
church. The cost is $20.00 per person which includes Penne Ala Vodka, Chicken
Francese, Meatballs, Sausage and Peppers, Eggplant Parmigiana, Roasted Potatoes,
Tossed Salad, Bread, Wine, Tea, Soda, and Dessert. Gluten Free options available
upon request. Sign-up sheets are located in the vestibule. Deadline to sign-up
will be December 5th. Please make checks payable to the Church of the

weekend of December 17/18. ​Help will be needed baking and putting together

Thanksgiving Food Drive

Dear Parishioners,Each year, as Thanksgiving Day draws near, our Social Action
Ministry provides a Thanksgiving Dinner for families in our area who are in
need. This year we are planning on serving over 40 families.Parishioners and
friends of our parish have been most generous throughout the years in helping us
collect the food that is needed.Once again, we are asking for your help. We are

All Saints Day – Holy Day​Tuesday, November 1st is a Holy Day – All Saints
Day. Masses will be held at 7:00am, 12:10 & 5:30.November – The Month of All
SoulsPicture Display ​Each year, during the month of November, the Church
remembers all our loved ones who have passed on from this earthy life and have
gone home to the Lord. There will be a table set up in the church near the
tabernacle for all to display photographs of deceased loved ones. The table will
be up for the entire month of November. We ask that pictures be brought in a
frame that can stand up on its own. Also, please put your name and phone number
on the back so we can return the picture to you at the end of the

Drive Through Flu Clinic

Saturday, October 15th from 1:00 – 5:00Drive Through Flu Clinic​No appointment
necessary – we will once again be having a drive through flu clinic with
Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care on Saturday, October 15 from 1 – 5 pm in
the church parking lot (by the garage like last year). Regular and high dose
(for those over 65) will be available. (Unfortunately we are unable to give the

accepted & are listed on the consent form. (Cigna & Care Partners are
not accepted and United Healthcare non-medicare not accepted.)If you do not have
insurance, but would like the vaccine the regular dose is $40.00 and high dose

Upcoming Parish Events

Parish PicnicOur annual Parish Picnic will take place on Sunday, September 18th
from 11:30am – 2:00pm. All are invited to attend. There is no cost to attend,
but for planning purposes we ask that you sign up. Forms are located on the
bulletin tables in the church or you can click here to download a form. We hope
you can join us for a day of great food, fellowship and fun!​Faith
FormationRegistration for Faith Formation classes are currently taking place. If
you have not registered your child(ren), please click here to be redirected to
our parish website where you can find the information. Classes will begin
mid-September.​Health and Wellness Nutrition SeriesAll are invited to a
Nutrition Series – Healthy Eating event that will take place at the church on
September 7th and 14th from 6:00 – 7:30pm. Join dietitian, Marissa, from
ShopRite in a two- week series on healthy cooking, shopping and eating.
Pre-registration is required. Sign-up sheets are available in the vestibule of
the church or you can call the rectory (203) 265-1694.​​BE SMART ON THE
INTERNETOn Wednesday, October 5th at 7:00pm the Health and Wellness Committee
will sponsor an Internet Safety Presentation for parents. Please note that this
